Ben works in the Corporate Strategy Team at Essex County Council providing support and advice on a range of issues. For the past two years Ben has been working to develop and deliver Essex Challenge Prizes - a new and innovative programme of work for the council which seeks to encourage and support innovators to tackle some of the most difficult issues facing residents.
