I have worked in dementia care for 18 years as a carer and programmes manager. I currently blog, tweet and talk about dementia along with giving presentations on the issue. I am officially retired but I’m not really retired as I’m actively involved with raising dementia awareness. I am currently campaigning for a 24/7 National Dementia helpline. I live in Hertfordshire and I’m a keen Arsenal fan . My interests include soccer and cricket.
