Jen is a research fellow currently working on the AQUEDUCT study, which aims to investigate how teams that manage crises in people with dementia operate in order to develop and implement a resource kit. Jen has previously investigated the relationship between mild cognitive impairment and mood as part of her PhD and continues to explore research in this area. Outside of research Jen is a keen baker and goes swimming almost every day.
