Zena, an Admiral Nurse Research Fellow, is a Dementia UK & PhD Student at De Montfort University. She has worked in health and social care for the past 22 years spending much of her career in various roles working with people with dementia and their families. She became an Admiral Nurse in 2013 and joined Dementia UK in 2016 where she has held roles as a Service Evaluator and Senior Consultant Admiral Nurse prior to undertaking her current role as an Admiral Nurse Research Fellow within the Research and Publications team at Dementia UK and embarking on a PhD at De Montfort University.
